B grades almost all have one to two small defects like specks, smudges or scratches on the ribbon or slightly misaligned screen printing on the eyes.

C grades almost all have misaligned screen printing on the eyes, it does give them a “possessed” look so if you want a slightly spooky pin this one might be it. Some of them have small enamel fill issues or more extensive specks/smudges on the ribbon.
